Alumni Association

Alumni Engagement and Giving

The Alumni Association promotes the image of the University and builds and promotes positive relationships with alumni that foster affinity, loyalty and support for the USF. It reflects the Catholic and Franciscan principles on which the University was founded. It assists in attracting students, provides opportunities to serve the mutual needs of the university and its alumni, and provides scholarship assistance to alumni family members and other students.

The Alumni Office builds relationships with alumni and students via Homecoming & Reunion, events, programs, benefits/discounts and communications to foster affinity to the university as well as inspire alumni to give back to their alma mater to support student scholarships. They facilitate the Alumni Association Board of Directors. The office implements the Student Alumni Mentoring (SAM) program that matches current students with alumni in their field of interest. They offer networking opportunities to students helping prepare them for life after graduation and providing them with professional connections. The office publishes the Saints Connection e-newsletter to stay connected with alumni.
